The Kupacare Office Manager is the data controller for the purposes of data protection law, in respect of your personal data collected and used by Kupacare Ltd.

When you contact Kupacare Ltd you will be asked to provide certain information. This includes:

All the information collected is obtained directly from you. This is usually at the point of initial contact. This information is used solely to contact you and provide the appropriate care solution. All staff at Kupacare respect the confidentiality of such data in line with the Data Protection Act 2018, the General Data Protection Regulations 2018 and guidance from the Information Commissioner’s Office(ICO).

- To provide the appropriate level of care

Who we may disclose it to
Kupacare Ltd has procedures in place to protect your personal information; it will not be sold or traded to third parties. We may be required to share information about you in exceptional circumstances which are outlined by the ICO and may include a) safeguarding of children b) where there is personal risk to you or your carer c) where there is a potential criminal offence.
Retention of Your Information
Personal information is retained while we provide care and up to 18 months afterwards unless you request for it to be deleted sooner.
